Vitamin E10

Getting Enough Vitamin E10?

Most Americans have never heard of vitamin E10 (at least not under that name), although it’s one of the most important promoters of health and longevity. Decades of scientific study have shown that vitamin E10 wards off heart disease, diabetes, cancer, stroke, depression, and many other serious maladies. It helps weight loss, too. Yet most of us get far too little of it.

Our forefathers got vitamin E10 without even trying. Ninety percent of them lived, worked, and ate their meals on farms, where they found it nearly impossible to escape getting a healthy dose seven days a week. Unfortunately, today’s urban dwellers can’t get their E10 without determined effort—and they’re often too busy.

Doubles Your Burn Rate

In some ways, vitamin E10 resembles regular vitamin E. Both protect against prostate cancer. Both help to maintain physical dexterity and muscle tone. Nevertheless, getting too much of either may cause fatigue, muscle cramps, or (in women) reproductive problems. Overdosing is rare, however. A healthy adult may get several times the recommended daily amount without serious side effects.

In other respects, the two E’s differ widely. Millions of men take daily supplements of ordinary E to protect against heart disease, for example, yet the latest research indicates that popping these pills may be useless for that purpose. Meanwhile, even a minimal supplement of E10 cuts the risk of heart attack dramatically.

Unlike regular E, the sub-10 variety is a powerful aid to weight loss. Depending on how long you’ve been taking it, E10 can double the rate at which your body burns calories—something no other drug has accomplished. (The doubling wears off soon after each dose is administered, but your burn rate remains mildly elevated for hours afterward.)

Although some people spend $100 to $200 a month on vitamin E10, it needn’t be costly. High-priced artificial varieties have been pitched in late-night TV infomercials, but the Federal Trade Commission has declared some of these false advertising. The best vitamin E10 is completely natural and virtually free.

A Welcome Addiction

Vitamin E10 is the only mainstream supplement that produces a drug-like “high.” For reasons still poorly understood, it releases neurotransmitters in the brain that bring a pleasurable feeling of well-being and confidence. It is mildly habit-forming. Heavy users who give it up for a few days report feeling cranky and nervous. Nevertheless, withdrawal is far less severe than in nicotine or even caffeine addiction.

Most people still take their vitamin E10 at home, but a growing number make a habit of dropping in at institutions where E10 is administered under professional supervision. Part of the attraction is social. Like heroin dens, E10 clubs are crowded with pleasure-seekers hoping to take the edge off a stressful day at the office—only in this case, they come home with a healthy glow and a positive outlook that makes them better parents and citizens.

Thanks to such positive societal effects, many E10 clubs are subsidized by local and state governments. The feds have gotten into the act, too: The Department of Health and Human Services is now actively promoting use of E10, and recently the National Academies of Science urged a doubling of the recommended daily allowance.

Unfortunately, few Americans are heeding the message. Only 25 percent of us get enough E10, and the shortfall is now a major contributor to five of the ten leading causes of death in the United States. Encouraging Americans to get more E10, says a recent report by the Surgeon General, “is of great importance to the nation’s health.”

Have you guessed this vitamin’s real name?

It’s exercise.

Movie Review

Hi Everyone

I am starting something new, and will continue this every week.  I am going to watch a new realease movie in the theater, and share with you my thoughts on the movie.  This week I watched the movie “Fly me to the Moon.”  This movie is animnated and in 3D.  Let me be blunt about the movie to begin with.  This movie would not be worth watching if it wasn’t for the 3D.  I am usually annoyed by 3d movies, but this one was well done. The Story line is very predictable, and slow.  The only other plus to this movie besides the 3D is the Space program history that goes along with the movie.  The way I am going to rate the movies I watch is two fold.  I will rate the movie first on quality and content of the movie.  With this rating I will use bread loafs, the highest rating possible is 5 loafs.  The next rating is the overall message of the movie, the kind of moral or life lesson from the movie.  I will use a fish for this rating, 5 fish is the highest rating a movie can get.

Hi I showed these video’s in church today.  I hope you enjoy.

3D Art

My brother in-law is an artist. He is very good at many aspects of art, pencil, painting, and charcoal. But he is not so good at 3D art. Sculpting is not his most favorite medium of art, but he still gets out the clay and practices.

We like my brother in-law are artist, we are all artist when it comes to listening. We are good at listening to our friends, family, and coworkers. But most of us are not good a listening in 3D. Let me explain we who are Christians worship God who is the creator and sustainer of all things. We Christians are not very good at listening to what God is saying to us. Since we are not good at 3D listening we often avoid it. Like my brother in-law we need to get out the “clay/prayer” and practice. Eventually the more we practice the better we will be really living life to the fullest.

Mary Poppins

I watched Mary Poppins today for the first time in years.  Mary Poppins is one great movie.  There is great singing, great dancing, great acting.  Julie Andrews plays such a classy character. Dick Van Dyke is absolutely amazing.  Dick plays so many different roles, a one man band, an artist, chimney sweep, a banker.  They Don’t make movies like Mary Poppins anymore.  As a kid I had a total different perspective then I do as an adult.  When I was a kid I thought the movie was about having a cool Nanny who could do almost anything, and that Mary Poppins was there because of the kids.  But as an adult I see the movie in a totally different perspective.  I know see that Mary Poppins was really there for Mr. Banks not the kids.  The Movie was about a Father who is totally disconnected from his kids.  Mr. Banks had not a clue that all his kids wanted was some attention from their Dad.  If you know any Dads who are clueless like Mr. Banks please recommend Mary Poppins to them as  great movie to watch and hopefully they will get the point.

What a Mess

White as snow

In this Picture you will see my daughter Kansas. As you surely notice she is covered from head to tow in baby powder. She was supposed to be in her bed sleeping. In this picture she is not in her bed she is in our bed. Not only was she covered in powder so was our whole bed. With all my being I wanted to yell at her spank her, and put her in time out for the rest of her life. But I to the surprise of myself did none of those things. I pulled her out of the mess dusted her off. I then asked her if it she knew what she did was good or bad. She said that making that mess was bad. I then told her not to play with the powder again, and placed her into her bed. Then I spent the next 30 minutes cleaning up most of the powder. Our bed still smell of baby powder.

I started thinking how often my heavenly father has done this with me. He caught me in a mess, pulled me out of the mess and dusted me off. He ask me if I knew my actions were wrong, I say yes. He then tells me to go on and don’t do it again. God should often yell at me and put me in a life long time out. Instead out of love he just says STOP, and do what is right. I am thankful God is patient other wise I would be sitting in time out right now.

R&R

I like to work,  I like the feeling of accomplishment.  I have often been on vacation and left a day early so I could get back to work.  There is always something that needs done around church, and I like doing it.  I need to learn how to say no, or ask if someone else can help.  The reason is because I don’t slow down enough to stop, breathe, and listen.  I need to enjoy some R&R, not only for my own benefit, but for my family and the church.  If I just keep on working and not resting, I will not be giving my family or the church my best. So I am going to start trying to live out this statement.

I need to rest to give my best.

Whinning

Today is the day I spend with my kids. Today I had a fun conversation with my daughter Kansas, if you can call it a conversation. My son Isaiah had just got himself a cup of water. So Kansas wanted a drink too. So Kansas and I took a trip to the Kitchen to get her a drink. I pulled open the sippy cup draw picked out a cup and a lid, not caring if they matched. I am color blind who cares if the cup and lids match, the drink will taste the same. Kansas didn’t care about the matching cup and lid either. But after I filled the cup with water attached the lid and handed it to her she had a melt down, from out of nowhere. She continued in a continuous whinning session for about 5 minutes. After I finially got her to calm down, and tell me what she wanted she told me she wanted tea. Kansas doesn’t even like tea, and we also were out of tea. So I asked her if she wanted a glass of milk, she said yes. I poured out her water, and poured her a glass of milk and all was well again.

I started thinking about our relationship with our heavenly father. How often are we like my daughter Kansas. When God gives us something we didn’t ask for we react with unceasing whinning. We yell at God saying life is so bad, we don’t allow God to even help us we just want to be heard. Sometimes I approach God like my two year old. I know I need to grow up and stop whinning, and let God help because I know he wants to help.
