I have a problem with eating leftovers. I Cooked dinner tonight, and I made a really nice salad. I went to place it in the Fridge, and there was no space. The fridge was full of leftovers, lots of leftovers. The food that I cooked was great the first time I ate it, so good in fact that I thought I would keeps some for another day. But as soon as the food goes into the Tupperware bin and into the fridge something happens. It is like I get memory loss about the food I placed in the fridge.
So I was kind of sad today when I tossed my leftover chicken and rice, lasagna, and green beans. I need to figure out a kind of reminder system for myself to make sure I don’t waste so much good food. I am extremely sad about how much I waste, and hope to change my wasteful habits.
